Lists that grow clean — and stay clean
Every contact arrives with a consent record, every list is organised, and every opt-out is honoured per channel — so your messaging stays welcome, not unwanted.
What you get
Group import
Import members from your WhatsApp groups in one click — including groups you've left — with search and totals before you confirm.
CSV import
Upload existing lists with custom fields; consent channels can be declared per row at import time.
Lists & segments
Organise contacts into named lists, search across your roster and imports, and target exactly who you need.
Consent channels
Each contact records how they consented — WhatsApp, SMS, or both — so campaigns only reach people who agreed on that channel.
Automatic opt-outs
Inbound STOP (English and Arabic, exact-match so "stop by tomorrow" is safe) removes the contact from that channel's sends.
Address-book names
When WhatsApp exposes a saved name for a number, it's shown next to the contact — easier to recognise who you're messaging.
Reaching people who want to hear from you
Messaging someone who never agreed — or who already opted out — burns trust and channel reputation. GAWWAK makes the compliant path the default path.
- Consent is captured at import, not assumed
- Opt-outs are per channel, normalised, and checked before every send
- Admins can add opt-outs manually, with the channel recorded
- Audit-friendly: each contact keeps its list and consent history
Inbound keywords, handled
A customer replies "STOP" or "إيقاف" — they're unsubscribed from that channel immediately, with matching handled in both languages and false positives (like "stop by tomorrow") safely ignored.
